Purchased items will be shipped within 3business days once shopify have sent the funds depending on what payment process you have selected. If you have a preferred shipping company, please send us an email at: consignment.queen@yahoo.com

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the courier, Consignment Queen is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, misdeliveries, or other issues caused by the courier service.
Shipping timelines provided by the courier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs, carrier backlogs, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control are the responsibility of the courier.
Customers who wish to purchase additional shipping insurance must contact us by email immediately after placing their order and before the item is shipped. Additional insurance fees will apply and must be paid prior to shipment. If no insurance request is received, the package will be shipped under standard carrier coverage, if any.
