CONSIGNMENT QUEEN
Due to the nature of the business as a consignment store all sales are FINAL. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE. We make sure all postings were accurate and if you need additional video and pictures kindly email us consignment.queen@yahoo.com or text us at 780 297 1820 for any other concerns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the courier, Consignment Queen is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, misdeliveries, or other issues caused by the courier service.
Shipping timelines provided by the courier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs, carrier backlogs, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control are the responsibility of the courier.
Customers who wish to purchase additional shipping insurance must contact us by email immediately after placing their order and before the item is shipped. Additional insurance fees will apply and must be paid prior to shipment. If no insurance request is received, the package will be shipped under standard carrier coverage, if any.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these shipping terms.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned , we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do allow exchange only if we shipped the wrong size or wrong item by accident.
Refunds
This will ONLY apply if the item was wrong size or completely different item was shipped
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
