Consignment Queen DOES NOT add percentages for consigned items! We value our clients the same way you value your pre loved items. We add our fee to the top of the desired amount for the item which leads to more satisfaction to the seller without the feeling of being robbed.

2. Get the quote within 3-5 business days*
We try our best to respond with a quote via email within 3-5 days.* We do our research and quotes are based on the current market value of your item including flaws declared.
3.Accept, ship, & get paid!
When you accept our quote, we will be requesting a shipping address. Drop off and meet up is also available depending on our schedule. Please text us at (780)297-1820 if you would prefer meet up.
Once we have received the parcel, we authenticate your items via Entrupy and inspect the items making sure it matches with the information you provided. If it’s shoes we do a third party authentication. For jewelry you must provide a certificate of authentication or appraisal. We can also do this on your behalf but there will be additional labor fee to covers appointments for the appraisal gemologist. This fee must be paid upfront.
We take professional photos and videos of our product to be uploaded on our website and social media. We offer financing to our buyers: Affirm, I finance, Klarna ,and Afterpay, we also provide in house short term layaway. Once the item is sold via financing, you will be updated and paid within 6-7 business days.
Pull out policy- We do not charge any extra fee for pulling out an item however we do ask you to allow us to preview your item to potential buyers for a minimum of 30 days. This allows us the time to do our part and give your item the best possible chance of being recognized for selling and posting. We stand by our abilities and ask for your trust.
Shipping- Consignment Queen will not be responsible for any shipment delays, lost or damaged packages. Please inquire with your preferred courier for extra insurance. This is within the client's discretion.
Shop Insurance- Consignment Queen has insurance coverages for your pre loved items and are well protected within our hands.
